The science behind Optimism

Be unique, be an optimist.I often consider myself to be an eternal optimist. Someone who is able to see the ‘bright side’ of pretty much any situation. Within reason, of course.

Granted, this may not always be possible. To err is to be human after all. But it is important to me that I at least try to always remain positive.

So when I discovered the science behind why the glass is always full, I immediately felt that I needed to share it with all of you.

Optimism - The glass is 'technically' always full

There you have it. Proof that “technically, the glass is always full” because even if it may appear to be empty it is, in fact, always filled with “life giving air”. Yeah, that last part sounded better in my head.
